Shipping & Return Policy for Custom Products

All custom products, including cables, junctions, and instrument leads, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturer defect. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.

If an item is incorrectly ordered, it will not be replaced free of charge, and any return shipping or restocking fees will be at the purchaser’s expense.

We make every effort to ship all custom products as quickly as possible. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped promptly to minimize any wait time.
