All custom products, including cables, junctions, and instrument leads, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturer defect. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.
Manufacturer's defects must be notified to jordan@jsguitarsystems.com within 10 business days of receiving shipment.
Are purchases final sale?
All items are final sale. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase. If an item is incorrectly ordered, it will not be replaced free of charge, and any return shipping or restocking fees will be at the purchaser’s expense.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and product.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are hand built in the USA and Canada.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. Shipping may be calculated at checkout or after purchase for large items such as custom fly rigs.
